It's May and Summer is in the AIR!
May 5, 2009 at 8:26 AMHi All - it feels like a July morning today. OK, not quite as warm but still pretty nice.
This weekend was beautiful and so far, knock-on-wood, the black fly season has not been bad. for those of you who only know NH in June - August, you luckily get to miss out on the swarm of black flies that we experience in early spring... OUCH they BITE:) Anyway they haven't been bad this year!
We'll keep our fingers crossed about this - but as the spring has been pretty dry, we should be good.
Still haven't been in the lake yet - and with the sling on my arm from my shoulder surgery I probably won't anytime soon - actually for the next 5 weeks:( but I'll be all set by summer!
Anyway - that's all for now!

Kite-Boarding
March 3, 2009 at 10:21 AMThis weekend the frozen lake was buzzing with Kite-boarders! These guys and girls use large para-sails to pull themselves across the lake on skis and snowboards. It was quite a site and we have made the decision to offer kite-boarding here this summer as a new Cody activity!
