Cody is situated on nearly one hundred acres of naturally wooded property and a mile of superb sandy shoreline on Lake Ossipee. Our lake is four miles long and two miles wide with a natural sand bottom and is warm and clear. Our magnificent National Forest setting provides us with unlimited outdoor opportunities, in addition to the many in-camp activities we offer.

With millions invested in the last decade alone, Cody provides campers with one of the best equipped summer camps in the country. All our buildings are either new, or have recently undergone major expansion and refinishing. Activity equipment is constantly updated to keep it "state-of-the-art".
