As a year-round camp, Cody is available for groups of 20 to 500 people all year round. Our meeting and seminar facilities are well equipped to meet all of your needs. There are many meeting areas available for use by groups, with capacities ranging from 20 up to 500. Meeting spaces are provided free of charge to all residential guests and are available with a full range of audio visual equipment, also free of charge.

Student Programs

At the Cody Outdoor Center we recognize that teachers are under ever increasing pressure to deliver better results with fewer resources while ensuring students are equipped with the skills for today's society. Developing opportunities that embrace the needs of students and meet the demands of a challenging curriculum are the basis for future success.

We also recognize that curricular activities need to be balanced with recreation to fully accentuate the learning process.

We offer flexibility in your program, and provide a full range of recreational activities for your weekday or weekend visit. Our renowned team building and leadership courses provide an effective and efficient tool to help develop your group into a cohesive unit.

Team Building

The Cody Outdoor Center has developed a range of team development and challenge programs designed to develop the individuals and groups that visit our beautiful lakeside location. Designed to build successful teams by enhancing people both personally and socially, our programs reflect a balance of focused activities, outdoor recreation and mental challenges.

All of our activities are customized to reflect the needs and character of the groups with whom we work. We look forward to speaking with you and developing your unique group team-building experience.

Winter Programs

During the winter months we take full advantage of our White Mountain location offering one of the best ski packages in New England. We offer one and two day ski packages with Attitash, King Pine, Cranmore, Black Mountain and Shawnee Peak resorts. Packages include 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner and skiing at any of the mountains in the area.

Our fully heated lodges and meeting areas allow for a great ski experience and our excellent food and hungry skier-sized portions will be sure to make you want to visit again. The natural beauty of the frozen lake and the snow covered grounds make our site a must for ski groups and non-ski groups alike.
